You get to enjoy a complimentary breakfast in the morning and a complimentary bottle of wine with some s’mores at the fire pit in the evening while enjoying a panoramic view of San José, both in the day and night. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very delicious and fulfilling. The jacuzzi with a view and an aesthetic boho-style open-concept bathroom adds a sense of zen and peace. The domes have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including Netflix. I was stopping in San José for only one night, but I wish I stayed there longer because of this property.

It is located near the road to Volcan Irazu. It has very nice view but we had cloud and a bit if fain. The owner us clearly eco fan . He will show you his garden and you will eat only what he produces. The cabins are simple but nice, however …

Wonderful spot, easily the best stay on our 18 day road trip.
Host is super kind and passionate about his project. Will show you around the farm and explain all of the processes. Our 2 year old loved all the animals. The cabin feels spacious and has a stocked mini fridge, the bathroom is spacious and has the best and hottest shower! We felt super welcome here. Breakfast was good. Also, if you like beer, the owner brews his own and loves to talk about the brewing process and what he experiments with.

I had an amazing time at Glamping Campo Alegre! Beautiful views, waking up surrounded by nature and delicious food! I would definitely recommend it!

An amazing vieuw with an amazing host who is with his family self sustainable. Grows his own food which is delicious so I recommend to stay for dinner. The pods were very comfortable, so where the beds and shower.
