CanadaLuxurious nature experience in a glam tent! So fascinating to see the birds, the camels, the horses, the lambs and hear the chickens. So many terraces to have five star service experience while watching the sun set over the Atlas Mountains. Practical luxury: comfy bed, feather duvet, A/C, hot water with good pressure, delicious breakfast and dinners. We had three guided tours that were arranged the same day we asked. Excellent communication with the hotel. We will definitely return, many thanks.

The absence of TVs and WiFi in the rooms is a refreshing respite, allowing us to reconnect with nature and ourselves. The stunning views from the pool are simply breathtaking, especially during sunset.
The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating, even when language barriers exist. Their warmth and hospitality make up for any communication challenges.

MoroccoWe booked Riad Maialou for our guests for a two-night stay, and they absolutely loved it. The riad has a beautiful, authentic Moroccan atmosphere with stunning architecture that made them feel immersed in the local culture. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even arranging an early airport transfer, which made their departure smooth and stress-free.
The location is perfect, just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fna Square in the heart of the Medina, making it easy to explore the vibrant surroundings. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and relaxing, offering a peaceful escape after busy days of sightseeing.
Our guests especially loved the breakfast at the riad, which was fresh, delicious, and the perfect start to each day. Overall, they had an amazing experience and were very happy with their stay at Riad Maialou. We highly recommend it!

BelgiumWe loved our 5 days (30 Dec.- 4 Jan)! We are lucky to travel often with our family and compare. The hotel is very beautiful , not too big and provides a personalised service. The staff was ultra friendly and attentive. They try to make each of their guests feel as Kings and this was more than successful as far as we were concerned. On New Year's Eve, there was a DJ, and 2 local bands. Wonderful ambiance in a very family atmosphere. By the way, the charismatic owner and his family were also there. It was now our fourth time in Marrakesh in the last 3 years and next time we will certainly book again!

The room was very comfortable with a nice private bathroom. The location was great. Close to everything but not too close, so a welcomed getaway from all the hustle and bustle after a long day. United StatesFrom the start we were greeted by the amazing Sayed and the Agafay team who warmly welcomed us to the property and offered us some delicious mint tea and cookies while our room was being prepared. The location is excellent with beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding valley. The pool is massive and incredibly refreshing to relax at during the hot days. There is a full bar available if you want wine or cocktails and they are happy to serve you by the pool while you relax. The rooms are spacious and well laid out with big windows that overlook the mountains. The beds are comfortable as well. We had dinner on the property and it was phenomenal! There were even local singers that came in to do traditional Moroccan music with dinner. Breakfast was included with the stay and was also excellent (the coffee especially!). Bottom line, I would not hesitate to return to the property and stay again!
