Situated on the beachfront in Nuquí, Popochos Beach Eco Lodge has a garden and free WiFi. The campground features family rooms. We had an absolutely amazing time at Popochos. The location is just 10min outside of Nuquí but it feels like you are in a remote nature paradise. The beach in front of the cabañas is several kilometers long and you barely see any other people there. The cabaña was very clean and the bed was the most comfortable one in our trip through Colombia so far. The food is tasty, the fruits organic from their own garden and we absolutely loved the free coffee and water. The tours we took were amazing and we even went fishing with Hugo and caught so many fish. We can recommend staying at popochos and we will definitely come back. But what really was outstanding was Hugo and Neila and their family. They were so kind and went above and beyond to assure that we would have a good time. They even organized a surf board for us! We honestly didn’t want to leave and felt like we had made new friends.

With garden views, El Retoño del Negro Gozón is set in Nuquí and has a restaurant, a shared kitchen, bar, garden and terrace. I loved my stay in retoño, a little paradise in front of the ocean, run by some of the kindest people I’ve met. I had an unforgettable 2 days in there and they can cook an amazing vegetarian meals, there are filtered water as well.

Among the facilities at this property are room service and a tour desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The accommodation provides a shared kitchen, free shuttle service and currency exchange for guests. You can feel like you were at home, was really comfortable, clean, good organization. Martin and his mother were so kind with us. We want to come.
