I will definitely come back again if I was around. Wendy and her husband are so kind and helped me out a couple of time. Had some good conversations. The extra plus was with Mikey for the hiking around the area (ask Wendy for the experience). I had the possibility to plant a tree for a good cause. Excellent place and experience. What a wonderful surprise! The park is much larger than you would think and has so much to explore and do. Very impressive place. Very relaxing. The rooms are a generous size with comfortable beds. The property is big with lots to see. Since it’s not a place with a lot of rooms, it feels very private and quiet. The family of gentlemen that manage and run the place were great with communication and helping find guides for tours and even getting a birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday that happened while we were staying there. Fantastic place. Great communication. Terrific team of people managing and helping. This would also be a great place for a small group retreat or family trip. It’s close to Arenal and La Fortuna without the crowds, hustle and bustle of those areas.

The room itself was very fun and well-appointed with a small kitchen and bathroom. The windows of the glamping dome overlooked the foothills of Poas Volcano. We were surrounded by nature with numerous birds in the forests nearby.

We had three generations traveling together, so we filled all three tents. The setting was gorgeous and it offered a truly unique experience. It rained quite a bit, but that’s to be expected in a rainforest. If you’re prepared for it, it’s awesome. Glamping probably isn’t for everyone, but we loved it. The area offers loads of nature related things to do and we found pretty good restaurants nearby. We had little kids with us and could do the atv tour, but wish we would have figured out a way to do it in shifts.
