Definitely Amazing view which is the main value for the money for me. Exceptional services & the staffs are nice. Facilities are good. Spa is also good!

The location is a bit further away from most other spots but still easily accessible. The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. The views really cannot be beat - it's bucolic. The staff are all very attentive, warm and friendly and the tents are well maintained with comfortable beds. It's my new favourite place to stay in Bali and it's a bargain at that.

It was incredible just to wake up and see in front of you the majestic jungle and nature... The place was exactly like in the photos so you know what you are gonna get. They'd offer complimentary coffee, tea, refillable bottled water, air conditioning even... To be able to achieve such luxury accommodation in the middle of the jungle is an achievement. I don't get the comments about the hot water not being enough, it was enough to take long showers and also to fill the bathtub, which is a dream to bathe in the middle of that paradise by the way. Regarding breakfast everything was great too, we would tell them the night before which time we would want breakfast and what we'd want and they'd make everything possible to get what we needed, I have some intolerances and they took it into account and they adjusted to all our needs. I read some negative comments that after spending 3 nights there I don't understand, I think it's important to be humble and comprehend that no matter the price you're paying for, you have to be realistic about the place you are, in the middle of the jungle there are some things that nobody can control. (For example the lack of certain products because it's a difficult place to get to or the natural noises or the bugs, I'm not gonna rate them less for those things, it makes no sense to me 🤷🏽‍♀️) Apart from all this, the experience was incredible because the manager was available for us through WhatsApp almost 24/7 and it was just not the accommodation they provided, it was also the service. Everything we needed, from a private driver, until cooking class, massages delivered to our place, transfers to the center or dinners, Korry was there for you to make sure you got everything you needed the best and fastest way possible. The guys working there (sorry because I'm horrible with names) were always extremely kind and nice to us. I couldn't have and I wouldn't have asked for more.

This is an excellent place that's away from the crowds and it feels private. This clamping camping experience, surpassed my expectations and my family would love to do it again. The restaurant food was great (much better than most restaurants in Bali), as we ordered lunch and dinner. Also, the breakfast buffet included with the room was good. The beds were super comfortable and all the hotel staff were excellent.

The location towards Cristal Bay and out of the harbor town makes you feel closer to nature. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful with everything. We lost a credit card in an Atm and the staff went to the place on their own (which was not close) and managed to find it….we were so thankful! Definetely a special place to stay if u want to visit Penida out of the crowds. The tents are beautidlful and very confortable!

This tent has a garden, private pool, living room and bath in en suite bathrooms. The place is fantastic, a lovely pool and fire pit area. Each tent/villa has its own little compound garden area that you can really relax in. The rooms are fantastic, really modern and clean with a massive comfortable bed. We weren't sure what to expect but we were so happy we picked this place. From the outset Yaye (?) -Sorry if I haven't got your name right- was so helpful and Antok went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again and really recommend it.
