The Jungloo (jungle igloo) is the result of years of experimenting with tented structures and bungalow-like glamping units with three priorities in mind: • respect for the natural surroundings... Loved the quiet garden setting, and the pool is stunning. Front desk staff kindly helped us arrange some rather comlex transportation for our onward overland travel to Thailand. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was excellent - varied Western and Cambodian menu.

The service is completely unmatched as the staff really do go out of their way to make sure you have the most enjoyable experience. We visited in dry season so unfortunately the river is lower than usual, however, it was still great to see the resident water buffalo and elephant cool off and play in the water. I cannot thank the staff enough for their efforts during our stay, from the amazing greeting on arrival to the turn down service, the special table setup for dinner with INCREDIBLE food from a local chef, we were continually humbled by how thoughtful and kind everyone was. If you are planning on doing some temple tours, this is a great place to come home to and recharge in the movie star style tent villas that make you feel like you're on a remote tomb raider expedition. I highly recommend experiencing this place!!
