We made a day trip to Vic Falls (make sure you have an evisa for Zimbabwe which makes the time at the border less complicated).

The hotel is set in beautiful grounds with many different seating options where you can watch the waterfalls and surroundings. The bungalows are clean and nice with a private terrace with views across the river and waterfalls. Staff is very helpful and kind. The sunset cruise offered was really good, we saw lots of wildlife.
