The location is beautiful , the facilities are excellent and the staff superb . The staff goes out of the way to make your stay very enjoyable . We particularly appreciated the services and warmth of restaurant manager of Verbena restaurant and Scangar at Spices , who went out of the way to explain to us about the food and the history of Burgestock .

Christian was really helpful from the start of my stay! I have booked for 4days and almost everyday I can feel the warm welcome from him! The location of the apartment was brilliant! Easy to reach anywhere and not far from the station! It was definitely a good choice to stay here

I’m used to traveling the world and staying in 5-star hotels, but I have to say — the level of service here was on a whole different level. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. Everything was flawless, and the attention to detail was simply mind-blowing. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a Corner Suite with a stunning lake view for our honeymoon, which was such a lovely surprise! The handwritten congratulatory note, signed by every member of the staff, was a truly brilliant and unique touch. We kept that letter as a souvenir Thanks for making this stay memorable
