Grupotel Playa de Palma Suites & Spa is one of the most charismatic hotels in the Grupotel Hotels & Resorts chain. The room was spacious and spotless, offering plenty of comfort. Breakfast was excellent—varied, fresh, and of great quality. The staff were attentive, polite, and always ready to help. The beach was just a 10-minute walk away, in a beautiful area. We truly had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel!

Even though my flight was delayed and I arrived hours late, the staff was super friendly and helpful when I finally got there.
