I had an amazing stay at this property in Menorca. The location is surrounded by greenery, very peaceful and relaxing, and we were delighted to see various animals around, including ponies, turkeys, and even a peacock. The pool was fantastic – large and perfect for enjoying the sun – and the garden was equally spacious and beautiful. What truly made the experience outstanding was the service: the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help, and even offered us a complimentary lunch. Breakfast was excellent, the room was spotless, and overall everything exceeded our expectations. A truly perfect experience – I would definitely recommend this place!

Ein ruhiger Rückzugsort mit Charme Das Hotel Es Mercadal liegt mitten im Herzen der kleinen Stadt Mercadal, abseits der großen Touristenströme – ideal für alle, die es ruhig und authentisch mögen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich (ein bisschen Spanisch ist von Vorteil). Unser Zimmer war eine rundum positive Überraschung: ein gemütliches Doppelbett, ein großes Badezimmer und ein zusätzliches kleines Eckzimmer haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Das Frühstück war liebevoll zubereitet – Kaffee und Tee frisch serviert, dazu eine Auswahl an Wurst, Schinken, Käse und allem, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht.

This apartment was great! I enjoyed the eclectic decor, and it really has everything you might need. There's lots of basics in the kitchen so you don't need to buy every little thing in order to make a meal. But everything was definitely clean and tidy when we arrived. There are more bath towels and beach towels than you could probably use, and there's beach equipment: umbrellas, two nice chairs, snorkels. So nice to have these added useful things on hand to enjoy the island. Mike was responsive and helpful at all times. The view of the golf course is very calming and sweet. The peacocks there are a little loud, but we ended up finding them pretty fun and charming as well. You might find them hard to sleep through in the morning if you have the windows open. This wasn't a problem for us because it was the middle of the summer and we used AC. Also depends how light a sleeper you are. The apt is part of a complex, which is somewhat clear from the pictures. If you were looking for a isolated little spot, this isn't it, but we definitely found it to be a calm place to nest. The patio in the mornings and evenings was *wonderful*.
