Beachfront Location: The Furthest Point West in Ballyconneely offers a private beach area and direct beachfront access. Guests can enjoy sea and mountain views from the property. An elegant, cozy home in an incredible location, so beautifully shared by Laura & Tommy. We loved exploring the region, walking the hills & marvelling at the biodiversity. Fresh air, sun & rain as needed. So many different little plants, flowers, lichens, and birds! The home was a snug & welcoming base. Laura’s breakfasts always got us off to a good start.

Deirdre and Greg are the most welcoming hosts. The room was clean, especially the bathroom which was newly renovated and had plenty of space, extra tables for the stuff. The bed was amazing! King size which we didn’t expect and fine mattresses. Breakfast was beyond delicious!!! Freshly cut mango, orange and fruit salad. Plenty of cereals, a big menu from which you could choose freshly made Irish breakfast choices. Awesome! We even got trip advices on our way to them. Very helpful!

Ruth welcomed us and showed us to our immaculately clean and well furnished room. It was a blustery day, yet we were so cosy. Breakfast was outstanding! Such a wonderful stay with a hostess who provided some great tips for our next stop. Lovely stay!

Buttermilk Lodge offers self-catering apartments 5 minutes' walk from Clifden town centre, you can just park your car and easily walk to town. Very comfortable room. Well equipped. Everything worked. Excellent internet. Digital TV was a nice bonus. Wonderful breakfast. Host was very helpful and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at Audley’s. The house is very clean, cozy, and well-equipped — everything you need is there. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful, perfect for relaxing. The host was very helpful and responsive, providing clear instructions and useful local tips. We truly felt at home and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
