Set on its private beach, Milano Marittima's Bellettini Hotel offers parking and free WiFi, an outdoor pool, and a wellness centre with sauna, Turkish bath and hot tub. We stayed one night and everything was excellent. The staff spoke excellent English, which was a benefit for us as we were tired after a long journey from Canada’s west coast. The front desk manager was very helpful- he arranged the payment for our on-street parking spot (the hotel also has its own parking garage), and personally brought extra towels to our room and fixed a connection problem with the wi-fi as well. The restaurant dinner was good and the free breakfast selections were outstanding- the best we’ve ever found in Italy.

Grand Hotel Terme has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Riolo Terme. With a bar, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The staff went above and beyond there usual job. When unexpected event happened they did everything and helped in more ways than others would. Thank you lovely ladies for all you help.
