I will definitely remember the lovely chat I had with the girl by checkout. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant in Kaikoura! (About the room: big, super clean, nice view from the balcony, feels homey.)

Following a delayed flight and missing the office to pick up our campervan we had to stay over at this hotel. Upon finding out about our bad day the hotel upgraded our room and gave a couple of free drinks voucher the reception staff were fantastic. The hotel was modern, tastefully decorated and the room did not disappoint either it was very nice indeed. The bar staff were also very attentive and welcoming also. All in all one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we have stayed at many, top marks!!

Panorama Motel nabízí nádherný výhled na hory Kaikoura a moře. Naše jednotky jsou všechny ensuite a nekuřácké. We had a huge delay and arrived late. Annie at the reception left for us the unit open and prepared, and explained by mail very clearly how to find it, where to park etc. Parking was just in front of the door. The room had big windows with great views of the sea, and there was a sitting area outside, although it was too cold and windy to use it.

The apartment was gorgeous with all the facilities. The place is very quiet, easy to find. The staff was very nice and made sure that we had all we needed. Fabulous place (3 nights!)
