Deepak is an exceptional host, that ensures your stay is comfortable and happy. The guesthouse is situated just a few minutes walk from the lake and the beautiful town. The room was clean, comfortable and peaceful considering it was in the heart of the city. There is a roof top that has views over the city which is relaxing to sit on at sunset. I stayed for two days at Lake Face Guest House during Diwali and had a great experience. The hospitality by the owner, Mr. Neeraj, was excellent. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. All the rooms have a lake facing view which makes the morning chai taste better. Mr. Neeraj was generous enough to offer a complimentary breakfast on the first morning, which was delicious. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a welcoming atmosphere. The only minor downside was the slow Wi-Fi, but it didn’t affect my experience much. I highly recommend staying here and plan to return during my next trip to Udaipur.

A one of a kind place in a great location, with amazing hosts and clean, good sized rooms. They even had hot water (which I feel has been a rarity to come across!) The wifi is good too! I also requested to check out a little later whilst waiting around for my bus and the owner was very kind and didn’t charge me any extra. 100% recommend this place for solo travellers, couples and families.
