Ivan, the host, is incredibly communicative and welcoming. He was very patient when we had multiple delays. The room and facilities are absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The beds are on the firmer side. Ivan was also punctual and kind during our airport transfer. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to!

It was amazing. Very polite and the room was clean, warm and very nice prepared for our arrival. The location was 10 min distance from the center, for the hot water I had to wait a couple of minutes but it was all good. If we needed something, the lady would help us. I recommend 100%.
