A place where all of us, tourists, love to go. The accommodation prices are fair and lower than those in the city center. The number of guests is relatively low, which makes it easier to make friends with each other. Parking in front of the building is sufficient for the number of guests and is free of charge.

Situated in Salzburg, 2 km from Kapuzinerberg & Capuchin Monastery, The Little Guesthouse features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Very carefully presented accommodation. Every detail carefully thought about. It made our stay very special.

The host, (thank you directly if you are reading this :) was just perfect. Very helpful with what to do, and kept talking in German which allowed me to practice, as I am learning the language. In many other places in Austria and Germany, people just tend to switch to English when they hear me :D On top of that, the area in the mountains is just gorgeous and the premises were nicely taken care of and clean.

The room was big and comfortable, a lot of sunlight. It is located in a beautiful calm area. Some snacks, coffee and tea were always available. The staff was very welcoming. A bus stop is right in front of the hotel, it takes you straight to the city in a short time.

Big room, excellent location. Couple who ran the place were very friendly and responsive. Excellent breakfast. Super quiet, parking on site. Easy bus ride into central Salzburg. Featuring a private beach, Hotel Garni Melanie in Wals bei Salzburg has an indoor swimming pool, a fitness room and a spa area with a sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and a sun bed. Breakfast was abundant and of great quality. The room was very nicely furnished, had a homey vibe to it and you could feel the family's care in every finishing and detail. The family members (staff) were very friendly, helpful and warm to all the guests. I hope to return here :)

You can pick up your room key from a lockbox at the entrance, so there's no need to arrive at a specific time. The room was spotlessly clean, with no unpleasant odors, and the beds were very comfortable. We’ll definitely be back. Many thanks to the hostess for her hospitality — this is a perfect place to stay during a long journey.
