The staff was extremely kind and helpful on every opportunity. I book a bed in a share room but when I arrive my bed was taken so they gave a private room without extra charge. I had to leave at 3am because a pretty early flight so the staff make all the arrangements to be there for the check out.

Safe neighborhood. Certainly not a party hostel but the warm atmosphere created by the owner makes for a sociable environment.
