The location is perfect and great value, the family running it absolutely wonderful. Small wonder so many expats living elsewhere in the DR stay there regularly when in the capital. Evidently you can't expect 5star luxury for 21 € per night, but all is comfy, the retro decor funky and the large shared balcony an additional plus for relaxation. Great to have a private fridge and kitchen access, though we only used it to make coffee during our short stint. Thanks again for waiting until 1 a.m. because our flight was late.

We had a wonderful stay. Shane is very nice, attentive and helpful. Everything was super clean and the location is very convenient. Just 5 minutes away from beautiful beaches & from the famous Oistins fish market (a delicious must-try).

The host was very friendly and easy in communication. She provided us with great information and helped us if we had questions. The apartment is very clean and has a great view from the terrace and the pool. The pool is shared and is a big plus. The beds are great and we slept very well!

Nice, clean and comfortable apartment with all necessary amenities, with great location and access to an enormous rooftop area with a jacuzzi. David and his wife are incredible hosts, very attentive, reactive and friendly, gave a lot of useful tips and it was just a pleasure to have a conversation with them. You really feel like at home. And the price is very reasonable for what you get. Recommend without hesitation

Excellent place to stay. We used it to bridge the time between two cruises. Bus station to Santo Domingo in walking distance. Very clean place. Hot water in shower. Silent A/C. Spacy living room to meet other travellers. Very nice interior. Fantastic hosts, that were very friendly, exceptional helpful that let one feel really at home. We got pampered. Safe and quiet place to stay. French or Spanish knowledge is an advantage. Have not been to places like this that often.

Everything was exceptional. Amazing views, really nice room and pool. Our host was lovely, very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, so was a dinner that the host prepared. Easy walk to beach and close to shops, restaurants, hiking trail up Morne Larcher. Loved the area. A beautiful part of Martinique. Highly recommended!

The hostel is very well located in the middle of the colonial zone. It is very safe !! The receptionist was really helpful, answered all of my questions and recommended public transport for me to get to another city. The wifi was good. The A/C was good. There was a fridge in the room.
