This boutique hotel was magnificent. It is located just by the lake. Although there is no private parking, there is plenty on the street in front. It is a new hotel, in an old renovated house. The owners gave much attention to details. For example, there is a laptop computer in the room, for the guests use. Something you don’t find anywhere else. It is clean, pleasant and welcoming. Kastoria is a small town, on a beautiful lake. A place worth visiting.

The house and especially the garden are both very beautiful. The kitchen even though it's a shared one, is very proffesional and handy to cook into. Has everything you need. The room is same as on the pictures. Clean and smells nice. The toilet is clean. Beds are comfortable. The host was very polite and helpful.

Beautifully renovated neoclassical house in the heart of the city. The room was big, heating worked like a charm, the bathroom was super nice and it had a few commodities extra, such as kettle, tea and coffee. Manager was kind enough to remove his own vehicle so we could park, which I greatly appreciated.

The hosts are incredible people and both are keen bikers. Location is unbelievable - tranquil and with amazing view. The whole property is very well maintained and the artistic details only add to the atmosphere.

The hotel feels like stepping into a museum The hotel is unlike any other we've visited. It's full of character and charm, making it a truly special place to stay. Our room was spacious and had a fantastic view over the lake But what made our stay truly exceptional was the friendly and helpful hosts. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Since we stayed during a quieter time, we got to enjoy the boutique-style experience without the crowds, and at a great price too. Overall, we highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay that you just can't get at regular hotels.

Entire house is perfect! Everithing is so clean and amaising designed. The viev from terace on lake is great for morning wake up. The host is wery kind. I recomend it for everyone!

Filoxenia se nachází ve městě Kastoria a nabízí elegantně zařízené pokoje s balkonem a panoramatickým výhledem na město a jezero. Byzantské muzeum leží kousek pěšky odtud. the views over the lake and village below were magnificent. that same view was available from the breakfast room bay window, that housed 2 tables, it was at big breakfast of local delicacies and one that we met and chatted for sometime with greek residents travelling, who stay there yearly. the hosts a multigenerational family business were interested in my wife and I travels thru Greece, and when asked were very helpful in suggesting places to stopover on our drive down to Athens. we stayed at 2 of the suggested beachside villages and they were great recommendations. would also recommend having a meal at the mountain top Meat house, great views over the entire lake and beyond to Macedonia/Albania. short not too hard a walk to and from the village lakefront eateries below.
