It was clean, comfortable, and ideally located for exploring Panajim, as well as other parts of Goa given it is close to the main bus and taxi stand.

This property and Mr Edward is a gem that we found in goa. He offered us his best room actually he showed us all rooms that were available and made us choose the room we wanted and ofcourse we choose the best. The room had everything that is listed in the description. The room was clean, it had glasses, plates, electric kettle, fans, AC, chairs, table, balcony, extra mattresses, towels, waterbottle, refrigerator. We took our own car but parking was not an issue. Mr. Edward helps in every way possible. The only con was that all charging points were not working otherwise the property was flawless.

Beautiful property, perfect location. Sajjan and team went out of their way to make our stay special. Felt like part of the family by the time we left! All the meals were cooked to perfection, authentic and delicious. Breakfast was superb with a good mix of local and international foods. Great advice and support in general. We were impressed how the team worked seamlessly to create a wonderful customer experience and a memorable stay. Highly recommend this wonderful property and team. We are well travelled and have stayed in high end properties however our stay here stands out as one of the best experiences. We would love to return one day.

Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. Breakfast in a very tasteful restaurant right next door. Fair prices.
