The property was maintained in a very clean way and all facilities that are required for a comfortable stay were immaculately available. The property owner, Mr. Mir was just the most helpful and nicest host. He helped me with the itinerary and in renting out scooter. He was available at the property for any sort of help that was required. A very warm and peaceful stay, it was, all thanks to Mir!

Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. The best part of the room and washroom was the cleanliness. This was really impressive. The next thing we really liked was that it had multiple electrical sockets. Amazing. The hot water was great too, plenty and always available. Paul the Guest house owner personally welcomed us. Even though we arrived very late he accomodated us. Appreciate it

Situated in Palolem, 80 metres from Palolem beach, Hilias Retreat boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The property has also been recently renovated. The location of the property is perfect just next to the beach with very good access. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating and it was a wonderful stay for me and my family. They were very professional and their personal touch is quite endearing, would definitely go back to Hilias Retreat.
