Great location, a warm and welcoming host, and an incredibly smooth check-in process. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. She not only shared valuable recommendations on places to visit but also took the time to chat with us whenever we met, making us feel truly at home. She was genuinely interested in getting to know us and also told us lot of things about Goa, which made our stay even more special. Her hospitality made it feel like a home away from home. I have been on 30+ stays on booking.com and this was by far one of the best. The facilities were exceptionally clean, the room was light, the panorama in the balcony is beautiful. Not only that, the owner was very kind to help to book a taxi, book us 2 tour programs at a very good price and help with any inconveniences. And everything at a very affordable price. So if you see that rooms at this place are available, this is your last time to book it, you wont find anything better in Goa.

Situated in Palolem, 80 metres from Palolem beach, Hilias Retreat boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The property has also been recently renovated. Two minute walk to the beach in a quiet street (unlike the noisy places on the beach which have music blaring until late!). Very comfortable and clean room. The owners are lovely and very helpful - I felt very welcome.
