Even if you’re out exploring during the day, make time to come up here—it’s worth it. We were lucky enough to meet Tola, one of the owners, in person, while Patrick was always just a message away on WhatsApp. Their hospitality was next-level—not just friendly, but genuinely invested in making sure we had the best experience in Kampot. Need a scooter? They’ll sort it. Have a question? They’ll answer before you’ve finished typing. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like staying with friends who happen to be excellent hosts. A small but brilliant touch was the Welcome Book in our room. Now, I’m a logical guy—former project manager—so I really appreciated how well-thought-out and practical it was. It wasn’t just another generic guidebook; it told the story of the owners, explained how everything in the room worked, and laid out the best of Kampot in a way that made planning effortless. There are subtle sustainability hints woven throughout the book and the hotel itself—little reminders that made me rethink my own habits. Beyond the hotel, I discovered the incredibly friendly community of Krong Kampot 💙. For anyone visiting Kampot, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. ✨👍😊

German restaurant was great for breakfast. About 1.5 km walk into the centre of town, but easy to get remorque or tuk-tuk via Passapp app for a very reasonable price. Host has very reasonable & good motorcycle scooters for hire too.

Very central, only $1 via tuk tuk to the main action. The breakfast was amazing. Beautiful home stay. Wish we had more time to enjoy this place more.

Pobyt v ubytování The Hidden Oasis Bungalows byl naprosto výjimečný s rodinným přístupem. Vstřícní majitelé se vším poradí, doporučí cestu, popř. vše zařídí. Motorku jsme si půjčili přímo na místě. Využili jsem i prací servis, paní majitelka nám přinesla čisté, voňavé prádlo složené v košíku přímo až na terasu. Majitelé nám dokonce zařídili lístek na loď, přímo z Kampotu na ostrov Koh Rong (o tomto lodním spojení jsme vůbec nevěděli) Domácí snídaně v zahradě byly naprosto skvělé.

I can't express how great this place is... i enjoyed my stay a lot! Not only was the room super comfortable but Mr Leng and his wife are also amazing hosts!! Their hospitality is beyond great, they're so genuine, helpful, incredibly kind and literally have the warmest heart! It realllyy felt like home! Oh and there's a nice rooftop with a bar as well, Mr. Leng makes the best cocktails!!! You guys are going to LOVE IT! I can't recommend this place enough

Splněna všechna naše přání. Při vyjížďce do hor jsme si nebyli jisti, zda půjčená motorka s námi dojede. Pan majitel nám hned ochotně poskytl jinou. Cena jen 5$!!!!
