Direct access to beach was fantastic. Wi-fi was great. Much appreciated the condiments left for us. Will definitely re-visit here.

Such a beautiful guesthouse a stone’s throw from the beach at Langebaan hosted by the brilliant Warren and Helen. I felt welcome immediately and like I’d come home! Lovely rooms and a kitchen to prepare your own meals as well as a garden to relax in and a pool for a cool dip. Enjoyed the fun and tasty weekly braai (where Helen kindly catered for my vegan preferences) and Helen prepares delicious daily breakfasts if you want them too. Langebaan is the perfect place to relax, go on long beach walks, have coffee by the beach and restore in a small west coast town. There’s also a great farmer’s market on a Saturday to visit and stock up on local goodies. It was the perfect stay with lots of laughs and good chats with the lovely hosts and fellow guests alike. I arrived as a stranger and left as a friend – looking forward to visiting again 😊

Mike was an exceptional host always asking if everything was ok(in a good way) also answered most of our questions we asked for the area .The location was awesome lots of bird life ostriches,flamingoes to even otters visiting the garden in early hours of morning .also perfect fishing hot spot.Nice and peaceful for some quietness away from the city life .we even took a walk from river tides accomodation along the river towards port owen for sunset photos .will definitely recommend!

The Oystercatchers Haven at Paternoster is situated right on the beach and just 2 minutes' drive from the village centre of Paternoster. It offers a plunge pool and en-suite rooms with sea views. This was just the most gorgeous place to stay and i wish we had longer. On the beach, great peaceful spot.
