We stayed here for three nights as a family of three, and we had a wonderful experience! The hotel is new, very clean, and surprisingly quiet. The room and bathroom were spacious, unlike other hotels where the bathrooms are often too small to turn around in. The location is incredibly convenient—just a few steps downstairs and you’ll find a supermarket, coffee shops, and restaurants with reasonably priced and delicious food. There’s even a laundromat just a right turn away, which is a huge plus for families staying a bit longer or those traveling with kids, as it saves you from hauling dirty clothes around. Public transportation options, including metro, trams, and buses, are just a few steps away, making it easy to explore the area. After a long day of sightseeing, it was great to come back, take a shower, and relax for a bit before heading out again. The customer service was exceptional; they provided thoughtful guidance and suggestions. On our first day, our flight landed at 7:30 AM, and they allowed us to check in early at 10:30 AM. On our departure day, they kindly stored our luggage after check-out, which made for a very pleasant experience. We are looking forward to our next stay! Highly recommended!

"Casa Silvia is an amazing place, very well located in the centre of Bracciano. The flat is very nice, well decorated, and well-equipped. The bed is very comfortable. The views of the city and the lake are amazing. Silvia was very helpful in providing a bed for our baby. We strongly recommend this accomodation.

We had an amazing stay at Mattéo's apartment ! it is newly renovated, clean, fresh, spacious with everything u need. It really felt like home! Also, there is a 2 min walk metro station as well as a close supermarket and pharmacy. One of the best apartments we've been to!

It's perfect for pilgrims hiking the Via Francigena. The location is excellent. Communication with the hosts was easy, fast and clear. And we really appreciated that they facilitated an early check-in, as we wanted to avoid the afternoon heat.

We were here just for 1 night, and it was amazing . Everything was clean and nice, absolutely perfect, and swimming pool. It's so good.Owners are really nice people. Our flight was at 06:00 in the morning and they were so kind to transfer us to Ciampino Airport. And it is located not too far. This is a small village, really beautiful, just in 5 min. by car to cozy town Frascati, or you can walk around. Thank you so much for your kindness. We're definitely recommended to all travelers. Best choice and not expensive. Amazing.
