I was travelling alone and although I had been allocated a ground floor room the lady in reception asked if I would be more comfortable on a higher level. The beds were very comfortable and everything was really clean. Good selection of toiletries available.

The cleanliness of the building as a whole, very happy. The one thing that stood out the most was the lady, blonde hair that worked the evening shift, "Barbie", not her real name but you are very lucky to have her. She helped us out many times and her information was very well received. I wish I had the opportunity to get her name. If you can find out who she is/was, please congratulate her. We would definitely go there again and recommend this property to others.
