The place is amazing and in a decent position to the rest of the island which helps for getting around. It has a gorgeous view overlooking the lagoon, beautiful wooden and natural theme inside the main lobby lounge area and very calming and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are great and have what you need, and for the price this is an absolute bargain and excellent quality.

Everything was excellent, beautiful outdoor sitting area, the kitchen / common living area has a big window where you can watch kangaroos drink water, the rooms were comfortable. Saw a good amount of kangaroos passing through. Kitchen well stocked with kitchen supplies used for cooking. Keep the bird feeder full of water and the kangaroos will keep coming!!

Pristine nature, great hosts and relaxing atmosphere! The cabin is surrounded by pine trees and grass land. Perfectly located at the heart of the island making it easy to get to any spot. We enjoyed out stay a lot!

Wedgetaildown is an extraordinary destination. The accommodation may be the best VRBO/AirBnB we have ever stayed in. It is a perfect size for one or two people. The unit is lovely inside, with very comfortable furniture and beautiful artwork, and with huge windows looking out over the wild property. The unit is perfectly appointed and supplied. Although it attached to the main house, you wouldn't know it as the rammed-earth walls prevent any noise transmission, as well as keeping the room cool in summer. We found the kitchen to be well designed, and it had everything that we could want, including a delicious basket of breakfast food. The shower was delightful, and there was a washing machine, which came in very handy!
