We stayed for three nights in this hotel to visit Zhangjiajie national park and Grand canyon. The staff was very helpful, gave us tips and a marked map to navigate easily in the park. All the reception ladies are very helpful, they made our trip a lot easier. We had a room on the third floor with a balcony. The room was equipped with all the necessities, housekeeping was everyday. Breakfast was in chinese style. Location is optimal, it's around 15 min. walk from the park entrance. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Let them know your needs and your arrival and they can wait at the service road to pick you up and carry your bags, as locating the property for foreigners can be challenging. Mr. Liu provides excellent guide and insight of Feng Huang sights and attractions. Exquisite Dinner available and is recommended. Suggest contacting the property to arrange personal pickup at the Train Station and the extra is only a token to remove the hassle to get to property and back to station.

Jenny the host, picked us up at the railwaystation. After bringing us to the hotel she gave us a moment to eat and rest. After rest she helped us book our entire 3-day program. She booked the Zhangjiajie national forest park tickets, taxi, the lift tickets to go up and the same for tianmen mountain. We had nothing to worry about and even with some discount! Thank you so much for everything! It was a great stay.

Family room was spacious and very clean. The owners were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. It was an ideal base to explore the area and near a lot of nice restaurants.

Do not attempt to the place on your own as we did :) The owner offers to wait for you at the bus stop/taxi stop and accompany you to the hotel, which is only a couple of minutes away.

Really nice apartment with great view. The owner was more than helpful- provided lots of useful tips, drove us from the airport and made a great effort to ensure we had pleasant stay. Also, the breakfast was really nice and tasty :)

Very nice hotel at a reasonable walking distance from the west gate entry of the national park (the owner will ride you in the car to the gate also). It is a family hotel, very well taken care of, with very yummy breakfast. Very nice people who will help you have the best experience in Zhangjiajie
