This place can work very well if you come as a group of four to six people, bring food in advance, and plan to stay on the property to enjoy the space together.

We stayed there for more than two weeks, and we enjoyed it a lot! The hotel is located at the very end of Kobuleti, has its own beach which is not too crowded. The beach has free chaise longues with sun umbrellas, and there was always enough for the guests, at least when we were there. Our room was bigger than other hotels we've been to and had a hot tub in the balcony. There was everything we needed for our stay, including a drying rack for clothes, a teapot, good WiFi, towels for the beach that were changed daily. What was also nice is that they only went into our rooms for cleaning if we asked them to - no one was coming in if we haven't specifically left the keys at the reception for someone to clean there. Overall, great experience! Also kudos to Marekhi from the reception for helping out at the start with directions to places we wanted to visit.

One of the best, rooms bit small but super clean, bed mattress very comfortable, water pressure and temp is super, the hosts Saso and Shushana are very nice and freindly 🌹. and special thanks to their son (Rudi) he speaks english very well and helped us with every thing during our stay. A good resturant (Riviera) is 7 min walking and they serve very delicious food. near by beach (~15 min's) walking. Downtown/ boulevard is (~35 mins) walking. Over all this guest house is totally recomended 👍.

Hotel itself is good, nothing to complain. There is a mini kitchen on each floor so you can cook or make a coffee/tee if required. An in-house restaurant on the 1st floor, ready to offer you the breakfast or dinner. Location is not in the city center but okay, right in front of the park, so the fresh air is guaranteed. Big parking. Pet friendly.

Ho messo voto 10 perché non si può dare di più, uno dei migliori soggiorni mai fatti. Assolutamente più che consigliato
