We originally planned to stay 14 nights… but ended up staying four and a half weeks – and even that wasn’t enough. Arirang Homestay is the kind of place where you arrive and instantly know: This feels like home. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the peaceful location with views of the sea and the lush green valley is pure bliss. They ensure that the accommodation always looks better and better. Every morning we enjoyed a fresh and delicious breakfast, and whenever we needed anything, it was taken care of immediately – even arranging a scooter for us at a great price. But the most special thing? The staff are more than just friendly – they became family. We laughed together, shared stories, and even shed tears when it was time to say goodbye. We will absolutely be back – and once you’ve been here, you’ll understand why it’s so easy to fall in love with this place and its wonderful people. If you come to Lombok you must stay here. Everything is perfect. The breakfast is the best. They also help you get bike rental. Very lovely people. Totally recommended.

Loved everything about this homestay. The host family were so welcoming and helpful. Room was large, spotless, and the beds were super comfortable. Location was great. Close to waterfalls and warungs. Good breakfast and the cups of tea were perfect. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend.

Staff were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Location was in a quieter part of the island. Air conditioning was superb.

I love this homestay as the family welcomes you like their own family. Great location, very clean, great warm shower, easy access to two amazing waterfalls by walking, easy for pickup for your Rinjani summit. The homestay also has a restaurant with great and delicious food menu, and great internet access. And also can arrange the trekking for you. There are lots of homestay around but this family are so kind you won’t regret booking with them. The price both for accommodation and food is so good you want to stay longer. For those doing the Rinjani summit, I recommend staying one night before and after your trekking here so you get to explore and rest both. To great owner, both Addy and his kind wife, I never forget your kindness and hope to see you soon again.

Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We had a great dinner prepared by them and a delicious breakfast. the owners are very friendly and we totally recommend this place.

Everything about it exceeded my expectations. The trekking tour was an unforgettable experience – the guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and ensured we had the best views and insights into the area. Every step of the journey felt perfectly planned and authentic. The cooking class was equally outstanding! It was not only fun but also incredibly well-organized. The hosts shared their culinary expertise with so much passion, and the dishes we prepared were delicious. I loved learning about the local cuisine in such a hands-on way. The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The combination of activities, hospitality, and the beautiful surroundings made this one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had.

Dengan pemandangan gunung, Bayan Exotic Homestay terletak di Senaru dan mempunyai restoran, dapur berkongsi, bar snek, taman dan teres. Stunning, rural location overlooking rice fields, lush greenery and Mont Rinjani summit in the distance. The constant hum of crickets and the flittering of hundreds of dragonflies along with the scenery makes for a gorgeous nature retreat away from it all. Nip and Awan, along with their lovely family, were lovely hosts and the homemade food was delicious. Nip and Molls took us in the most amazing trek across paddy fields, down through jungle, across rivers and up to Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep waterfalls, as well as showing us and explaining about traditional villages and taking us to an ancient mosque. Nip was really knowledgeable about everything from agriculture, plants, traditions and history and we would highly recommend taking her up on her offering of this opportunity. We will definitely be back if we’re ever in Lombok again. We didn’t do the Mont Rinjani trek this time but you always have to leave something to come back to do, right?!
