Ubytování je čisté.Pokoj byl menší ,ale stačilo to.Venkovni prostor s kuchyňkou , sedačkou,houpací síti byl opravdu krásný a pohodový.Nikde jsem ještě nezažila tak krásný klid a pohodu jako tady.Ráda na to vzpomínám .Tóny je úžasný člověk ,který se o všechno stará a najdete tam vše co potřebujete.Tony nám také velice pomohl ,když jsme zjistili ,že nám ráno nepojede Grab. Zařídil nám odvoz na autobus.Tim to, mu ještě jednou moc děkujeme.

Super clean ,clean air-conditioned ( new clean air-condition) ceiling fan ,big room common clean kitchen with free sugar tea coffee bread and pastrys gift from Aayu team ,our toilet and bathroom was private but as described it was outside of our bedroom (worked perfect for us),the best location you can have in George town is definitely this place ,all places malls, central bus stop, Armenian street ,art street ,china street all are about 10 -20 minutes walk, excellent communication with the responsible of the heritage villa, although the neighbourhood is alive afternoon and night with music restaurants etc the heritage villa is peaceful and relax unless you sleep before 22:00 which there is a little bit of local singing noice ,after 22:00 is silent ,safe neighbourhood ,safe parking outside of the villa for bikes

Urban Suites TWO Or THREE Bedroom Georgetown by ANC se nachází v destinaci Jelutong a poskytuje bezplatné Wi-Fi, zahradu s celoročně otevřeným venkovním bazénem, výhled na město a volný vstup do sauny... It's like a whole resort in one building. We booked this last minute and were surprised how much we loved it. Apartment is very big with plenty of space and a nice view of city at night. Beds were comfy, clean with good air con & fans. The TV area was good and finally a comfy couch for a movie night. There were even pods to wash our clothes that dried easily in the heat overnight. Everything you could need in the kitchen too. The floor that has the pool etc is amazing. 1 large but quieter pool in the shade by the gym but the opposite side as a second infinity pool that's very beautiful with a view of the sea. There is a coffee, smoothie and snack vending as well as a little takeaway vending machine for noodles and dumplings etc. You could stay here all day without needing to leave. We did pop in the roof to look at the views and have a peak. Was absolutely deserted and peaceful. We can't really comment on the lifts. We travelled during Ramadan which is apparently a super quiet time for travel. Lifts were fine for us but no idea about the rest of the year. (I only have a picture of one of the second bedroom. My sister stayed in the master en suite which was bigger and a bit nicer than my picture)

Very clean and perfect location! They’d put together a personalised travel guide including places to eat, conveniences and created a two day itinerary for exploring Georgetown which was very helpful. They also let us check out 3 hours late for no extra charge!

Staff were super-friendly and the place just had a really nice vibe to it without trying too hard. Excellent, they are extremely helpful and help with any questions with lots of suggestions on what to visit and see, eat in the city and its surroundings, the best advice and maps.

Howie was an amazing host - took me on a tour of the city and helped me pick out authentic Malaysian food to try. Location is great- walking distance to everything I wanted to see, and lots of food in the area. There are notes from other guests hung up, as well as a table of items up for grabs if you need to borrow something. Overall, very homey, would definitly stay again!

Good location, everything is very clean and the owners are super nice and helpful. You can rent motorcycle from them and use the bicycle when it's available.
