Staff were so friendly and helpful! Great location just outside the hustle and bustle of the old town. Bed was so comfortable, hard to leave it in the mornings! Room was very clean and spacious, with a lovely balcony. We had room service twice and the food was really yummy and came very quickly, they have a great menu. We used their taxi service both to and from Da Nang which was reasonably priced and comfortable. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Really good place and location, close to all the center and quiet. Staff was amazing and very friendly, help us a lot! The English not the best but still did the best for helping us!

This vila is home to a very hospitable family of owners and the room on the top floor was cozy enough to stay there for a week and more. So great that there is a pool and thank you so much to the owner for helping me take my bike to the repair shop) I also liked that you can buy goodies downstairs at night when all the stores nearby are closed) I wish you prosperity and lots of joy from every day))) Thank you for your kindness and smiles)

I needed a private space after staying in hostels after hostels and im so glad i booked this homestay. Jessica is so kind and helpful and did just everything to make my stay comfortable. Also, Im working remotely and they have fast wifi which was so nice. I highly recommend this homestay if you need a private space and a more comfortable stay

Really nice modern homestay we liked it so much we have booked another week. We like the high pressure shower roomy bathroom comfortable bed and the quiet yet central location and we would definitely stay again. The host family are very nice.

An Hiên Homestay Hội asub 1,2 km kaugusel Hoi Ani ajaloomuuseumist ja 1,6 km kaugusel Chaozhou Hiina koguduse koosolekusaalist. This family run hotel is a lovely place to stay. It’s located 10 minutes walking distance from the old town and 15 minutes by bike to a beautiful beach. The room was cozy and clean and I slept very well in the bed. But most of all I loved the friendly atmosphere. Would definitely stay there again!

From the moment we arrived, we were embraced by the warmth and hospitality of Huyền and her wonderful family. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, and we really loved the patio with a sofa overlooking the pool. Each morning, we enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace, setting the perfect tone for the day ahead. Huyền’s recommendations and help, from scooter rentals to dining spots and even a fantastic massage at Kim Men Spa, made our trip unforgettable. Plus, the convenience of beachside service and laundry made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Local Beach Front Villas for a perfect getaway in Vietnam. Enjoy! There were everything you need. Susan helped us with understanding where are places of interest nearby. Her daughter is so cute ^^. The breakfast is nice. I felt there as if I am home.
