The hostel is located close to most points of interest in Lagoa da Conceição. The volunteers are a joy to be with and always ready to help when needed. I noticed that one particular volunteer, Natacha, went out of her way to keep everything clean and was very meticulous.

Where to start - The location, that view, the layout of the house and garden, the wild animals around the garden, the cleanliness of the facilities, the dogs...but most importantly the lovely hosts behind this magical place!! This has been my favorite hostel stay ever. After 12 days (what was originally gonna be just 2) sadly it's time to leave, but I'll keep the memories of this place and the wonderful, warm people I met here. Thanks for everything, Maia and Beto!!

Atmosphere of the place was incredible. Several nice spots where people could gather. Peaceful street, close to good bars and restaurants. The area is simple, nice and very close to the lagoon. I was in a private en suite room which was very nice and cozy. The staff was incredibly friendly.

    One of the best hostel I've been to! I stayed 2 weeks! The atmosphere is super chill, really social, they propose activities to do every day, they have a lot to chill, ping pong, Netflix.. Everyone is super nice, it's like being in vacation with your friends! The beach is super close, in an area calm and central in the island.

    One of the best hostels in my entire 8 month trip. Staff super friendly and helpful, met the coolest travellers when I was there. Rare to find where the whole room talks to each other and then we all went to the beach and did a few other activities. The hostel just attracts cool people in general

    The hostel is a great location, close to loads of bars and restaurants and only a few minutes walk from the main centre/catedral. The room has air con and a tv and was relatively comfortable for two. The staff were lovely and let us keep our bags behind the desk before we could check in! The communal area/balcony/ kitchen was great.

    This was a great budget stay in a nice location near the beach. My room was clean and comfortable. The hostel owners and staff were very nice. Breakfast is included - nothing fancy but a great way to start the day.

    By far the best hostel I stayed in! They provide it all and it is very clean. I especially enjoyed that the room had a separate storage for your bags. I place I could really calm down and enjoy!

    I had an amazing week at the search! The hostel has everything you need, direct access to the beach, good food, good vibes! It’s really clean, the area ia safe. The staff is always ready to help you and give you tips so you make the best out of your stay. Would definitely go back!

    The hostel has enough space and clean, you have plenty places to stay around. The staff was friendly and helpful.Also has a great location, close the beach and supermarkets. It was really a good experience, definitely I will choose it again
