All staff members were very polite! Our room was warm and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The location is very good - walking distance from the train/metro station coming from the airport; also walking distance from the city center and the touristic places.

I really loved the atmosphere, the owners of the hostel were very kind and always willing to help you and find solution. They gave me a packed breakfest the evening before I left because I had to leave too early, that was really awesome. Also the other guests were very kind and there were a couple of great conversations with people from all around the world.

Everything was perfect. The location is very convenient, just 5 minutes to Nyhavn and the touristy center. The facilities were good, everything you need. The room was small but the reasonable size to come sleep. There is a grocery store right in front of the hostel. I would recommend to everybody

the rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable with extra storage space beneath. the bathrooms were clean, the showers had large stalls with hangers and space to bring your toiletries. the common area is beautiful, the bar is good and it's overall a very welcoming and nice place.
