Very central within the city, plenty of bars and restaurants around. Premises was clean and dorms were adequate. Clean bedding provided each day. Very quite and peaceful. Amazingly has no loud snorers. Staff were very helpful.

I was very apprehensive before arriving in Bilbao as the reviews for this place are not the best. On a close to 2 months road trip across Spain this was by far the cheapest place I had booked, the reason being: everything is very expensive in Bilbao and the type of flat I normally book were all around 200 euros/night, well over my budget. Well from the arrival to my departure 5 nights later I truly enjoyed my stay. I was met by one of the staff who helped me unload my car. I travel with a dog, had loads to unload, fantastic to have help. I got help when I left too. I really appreciated it! The room was great, warm, large and super clean, with a nice big bathroom, all very clean too. True the kitchen isn't on the same floor as the rooms but I didn't find it a problem at all. I ate inside everyday I think. My dog just loved the corridors. I thought the place was very quirky, it's an old factory building and some features remain. The staff, all of them, were extremely friendly and helpful all through my stay. I really don't understand why this place has so many negative reviews! Some people have unrealistic expectations! The price for one night is cheaper than eating out!!!!! And for that I had a room with 4 bunk beds, a sofa, a cupboard, a set of drawers.......enough space to live comfortably! Wifi works well, plenty of hot water. And smack in the center of town in a nice district. Don't trust the bad reviews. If I go back to Bilbao I'll be staying there again that's for sure!

Spotlessly clean.very quiet. breakfast was better than we anticipated for an included breakfast. Loads if parking.
