The hostel's location is great: central yet quiet. We booked a private room which was very clean and cosy. There was hot water in the shower and basic toiletries. There is plenty of space to relax, work and meet people. The vibe is super cool. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Booked a bed in dorm, was surprised that there were no bunk beds just 5 single beds. Wi-Fi was ok, everywhere was clean. Room was noisy as it’s in front of VIA ROMA street but it was nice to stay in the balcony and enjoy how crazy they drive in Palermo.

I liked the way that almost everything were working fine. The personnel always tried for the best. Also they were cleaning frequently. Im satisfied, i stayed 6 days there.
