I enjoyed my stay at the Mermaid Space Capsule Hostel. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. There are plenty of shops and cafes close by. Kelly is an excellent host. She gives recommendations for food and things to do. I highly recommend it.

I had a very good experience with this hostel. The beds in the dormitories were all regular single beds. The place was clean. Good communication. The people working in the hostel are very friendly, even offered to share their meal with me. Family atmosphere.

Location- everything Palermo has to offer within walking distance. A vibrant and cheap bar downstairs. Facility- reliable wifi, nice kitchen, clean and ample shower/toilet room, comfortable bed, big room, massive walk in closet for your stuff. Staff- friendly staff, really they treat you like their real friend. I felt right at home. Overall good vibe.

It was a big change in the hostel super clean , organized with a top system in all the facilities , kitchen , fridge. Tupperwares , really u feel like at home . Beds super clean , showers perfect with hot water , but even the best at all the staff all of them lovely and helpful all the time . Friendly is my 3 rth time there and I will go there again !
