Zili Pernambuco - Hostel Pousada has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Recife. I liked everything. This hostel is a pure example of how the hostels should look like. Big, spacious, with a lot of different areas. Well equipped kitchen, outdoor smoking area, backyard hammock area, common space near reception with a ton of books, front yard with plants, a lot of art in all the areas of the hostel... Rooms are big enough with electric sockets near the beds, this room where I stayed for the first night has even small lamps near beds, big lockers with the keys, vents during the day, air-condition during the night, hot showers, big friendly dog and big friendly cat, helpful and well informed bilingual staff, laundry available, small store with the most necessary items (food and toiletries) at the reception... Quiet during the night, but with a nice international hostel vibe. I hit some booking promo deal, so the price was also very affordable. 10/10

Situated within 1.1 km of Praia do Cachorro and less than 1 km of Vila dos Remedios, Estação Noronha features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Fernando de Noronha. You will love the stay here! The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed, the dorm and the facilities are very clean! Also perfect location (few metres away from bus stop and supermarket). Marcia, the owner, is extremely kind and easy going! Thank you for the hospitality and hope to get back for more days!

Porto Paraiso Hostel has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Porto De Galinhas. Wonderful hostel on the beach front, a 30 minute walk from the centre but felt very safe to walk to and from even at night. Hosts were very attentive, made sure to learn the names of everyone staying and we're always on hand to help with a smile. As previously described, felt like a homestay, a big positive for me

Featuring a shared lounge, terrace and views of city, Pousada UFPE INN is set in Recife, 17 km from Guararapes Shopping. The owner was the best, very kind and thoughtful. He walked me around the neighborhood and showed me the university facilities that were a 10 minutes walk away

L'Ilha Hostel està situat a Fernando de Noronha, a 1 km de la platja de Porto de Santo Antonio i a 100 m de la Vila dos Remedios, i ofereix allotjament amb saló compartit i jardí i WiFi gratuïta. From the moment of check-in until check-out we enjoyed our stay at Ilha hostel. We were greeted by Alessandre who is one of the owners. He explained everything about the hostel/rules etc and also great to know is that the hostel is working together with touroperators/ diving companies and sometimes they have a better price if you book with the hostel direct instead of with an agency. The hostel also contacted me 3 days before via WhatsApp asking if we wanted to have one bed or two separate beds as both were available and also provided information about excursions, items for rent etc. In addition, the location is great, it is within walking distance from the beaches of Praia do Cachorro, Praia do Meio and Praia de Conceicao. Also, stores, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. We took the bus from the airport to Ilha hostel (which took about 15/20 minutes) and it was 5 Brazilian reais per person and on the way back to the airport we took a taxi which took about 10/15 minutes and was 40 Brazilian reais. Further, if you are interested in diving, the Atlantis Diving Center is next to the hostel which makes it convenient to plan a dive with them. We met also amazing people at the hostel during our stay. We want to thank Alessandre and Katia for their hospitality and for all their help!

Located in Olinda, 800 metres from Milagres Beach, Hostel Divino do Carmo provides accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant. Everything was wonderful. The owners are full of knowledge and I loved the political dimension they brought to this hostel. An amazing hostel that feels like family
