Located in the city center close to restaurants, shopping, and right on the beach. The view of the beach was absolutely incredible - highly recommend for couples traveling together. Staff were so helpful with recommendations for night life and with booking our tours and transportation, especially Luli & Rafael. Breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations. On a day where we had to leave the hostel before the breakfast hour for a tour, staff were kind enough to prepare a to-go breakfast with fresh snacks. The hostel restaurant was also delicious for lunch. Overall, it was a great stay!

Aquarela do Leme has a fitness centre, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Rio de Janeiro. La veritat és que les habitacions estan molt ben aconseguides, les cortines atorguen molta privacitat, els llits son molt còmodes i tens espai per a guardar les teves coses en un baül amb clau i a les prestatgeries del llit, que estan molt ben pensades. Pel que fa a les habitacions i instal·lacions, és dels millors hostels als que he estat. El hostel en general està molt net. L'esmorzar també és molt complet: pa, embotits, fruita, iogur, cereals, dolç... La ubicació és prou bona, tenint en compte que està molt a prop de la platja de Leme. I jo solament he trobat una mica pesat fer la pujada al hostel de nit, tot i que no insegur. De fet, no he sentit inseguretat en cap moment, tot el contrari.

Castelo dos Tucanos Host features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Rio de Janeiro. We stayed at Castelo dos Tucanos for 24 nights, and it was absolutely incredible. The location in Santa Teresa is just spectacular – peaceful, charming, and full of character, yet still close enough to explore everything Rio has to offer. The included breakfast was delicious every single morning, with fresh and tasty options that made it a perfect start to the day. The atmosphere at the hostel is warm and welcoming, and you can really feel the love and care the hosts put into the place. Staying here felt more like being at a friend’s beautiful home than at a regular hostel. The views, the surroundings, and the overall vibe made our time here unforgettable. We would come back in a heartbeat!

It’s a good place to rest, good staff the owner is kind and attentive, beds are cozy, kitchen is complete, super clean, wifi is ok, coffee in the morning is nice.
