Canmore Downtown Hostel er staðsett 26 km frá Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies og býður upp á herbergi með loftkælingu í Canmore. Good hostel with an awesome views from the shared space, it was awesome to have dinner watching sunset over the mountains. I stayed a few times at this hostel during my trip to the Rockies. Coffee available at reception for $2. Strong wi-fi, comfy beds. Kitchen is open till 10 pm. You can go to Banff for $6 on a local bus, the stop is in 50 meters. Location is good for trail running or hiking as many routes start from the city centre nearby the hostel

The Calgary Hub Hostel style Home er staðsett í Calgary og Calgary Tower er í innan við 6,2 km fjarlægð. Location was nice and quiet. It had bus stops nearby and a few restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the kitchen had everything you could need, you could do laundry. The family running it was very friendly and they gave you free waffles for breakfast.

HI Nordegg - Hostel er staðsett í Nordegg og býður upp á sameiginlega setustofu. Gististaðurinn er með sameiginlegt eldhús og grill. Beautiful building, great communal kitchen, wonderful service. (also a sauna!)

Jasper Downtown Hostel býður upp á gistirými í miðbæ Jasper og ókeypis WiFi hvarvetna á gististaðnum. Gististaðurinn býður upp á bæði svefnsali og sérherbergi. The hostel was very clean. In the room but also in the commons areas, everything was neat. Beds where very comfy and you can easily have your privacy thanks to the curtain. The location is great and there is a lot of restaurants nearby. Staff where super friendly. We would definitely come back again.

HI Calgary City Centre is located in East Village, right around the corner from downtown. Free coffee and tea is provided all day. Staff is very friendly, and the location is very close to downtown

Located on Banff National Park, this hostel is just 5 minutes’ walk from Banff’s shops and bars. A clean hostel with friendly staff. I had a bathroom in my room, which was great. There was a large kitchen, and a plus: the ability to store luggage without checking in or having to close the curtain. 6 female bedroom

Set amid the Canadian Rockies in Banff National Park, this hostel boasts an on-site cafe and 2 self-catering guest kitchens. It includes private storage for guests and acts as a ski pass vendor. Loved the sauna and the alpine feel

Boasting Rocky Mountain views, HI-Banff Alpine Centre offers a café and a bar. Free WiFi and self catering kitchens are available for guests to use. Banff town centre is 4 minutes' drive away. Our cabin was brilliant. Clean, comfortable beds and good facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Jasper East Hostel er staðsett í Jasper. - Það er sameiginleg setustofa nálægt innganginum að austurhliðinu í Jasper-þjóðgarðinum. I have stayed four nights in total at the Jasper East Hostel where I was warmly welcomed by Angie and Michael. As a solo hiker in Jasper, Angie offered assistance and took the time to finetune my itinerary to make the most of my stay here in Jasper. I also saw her helping many other guests like that. She is just very present and involved, putting her heart into it. I was initially planning to go to the visitor centre for information, but there was no need anymore because of Angie’s input. I think this is really the added value of this hostel. The personal approach every single day. I enjoyed every minute of it. I honestly felt so at home that I could have stayed longer than four nights. After a whole day out, it feels very nice to have place to go to at the end of the day that feels a bit like home. And that is exactly what Angie did, make me feel at home. Communication was very open: “if you need anything, please just ask. If there is anything we can improve, please share it with us”. To put this in action: we actually even did some redecorating together! I have to say that the place is much more open and cosy than how I imagined it from the pictures. The people I met at the hostel were not the typical youngsters. A bit of a calmer audience and this was just what I was looking for in this type of setting. Very social atmosphere and met a lot of lovely people and had interesting conversations. There is free coffee and tea for the taking, which is always a plus for me as well. I also liked the single room with bathroom. The outside area is very cosy as well. A visit to the brewery next door is a must! Good service and food (big portions - suggest to take any leftovers to the hostel where you can reheat them for the next day).

HI-Canmore / Alpine Club of Canada er 4,5 km frá miðbæ Canmore og býður upp á gestaeldhúsaðstöðu. Boðið er upp á ókeypis afnot af reiðhjólum. Ókeypis WiFi er til staðar. The location was perfect. Away from the town. Set in an amazing setting. Floor to ceiling glass with views over the mountains. The Three Sisters stood gloriously within eyes view. Hikes two mins from Lodge. The lodge was exceptionally spotless clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Outdoor and indoor seating for eating. I cannot fault this accommodation.
