Cozy house just a couple of minutes by walk from the bus stop to get downtown. Bob is a very welcoming host and helpful with the logistics. The house is very well clean, we will be back for sure when we get back to Calgary. Absolutely recommended.

HI Nordegg - Hostel situa-se em Nordegg e dispõe de um salão partilhado. Apresentando uma cozinha partilhada, este alojamento também dispõe de comodidades para churrascos. Beautiful building, great communal kitchen, wonderful service. (also a sauna!)

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Jasper Downtown Hostel offers accommodation in Jasper city centre. This property offers both dorm style and private bedrooms. Adorei a localização, os quartos são bem organizados, tem uma excelente cozinha, e a atendente Melani é muito prestativa com quaisquer dúvidas sobre passeios, transporte, e soluções.

HI Calgary City Centre is located in East Village, right around the corner from downtown. Free coffee and tea is provided all day. Staff is very friendly, and the location is very close to downtown

Located on Banff National Park, this hostel is just 5 minutes’ walk from Banff’s shops and bars. A clean hostel with friendly staff. I had a bathroom in my room, which was great. There was a large kitchen, and a plus: the ability to store luggage without checking in or having to close the curtain. 6 female bedroom

Set amid the Canadian Rockies in Banff National Park, this hostel boasts an on-site cafe and 2 self-catering guest kitchens. It includes private storage for guests and acts as a ski pass vendor. Loved the sauna and the alpine feel

Com vista para as Montanhas Rochosas, o HI-Banff Alpine Centre alberga um café e um bar. Usufruirá de acesso Wi-Fi gratuito e de cozinhas autossuficientes. Esse foi o melhor hostel em que eu já fiquei. Ele é grande e lindo, o pessoal é muito educado e prestativo, tudo é extremamente limpo e há muitas áreas comuns e atividades. A localização também é ótima, ficando poucos minutos do centro (carro) e bastante vagas para estacionar.

Jasper East Hostel - Near Jasper National Park East Gate Entrance situa-se em Jasper e apresenta um salão partilhado. Este hostel dispõe de acesso Wi-Fi gratuito e estacionamento privado gratuito. I have stayed four nights in total at the Jasper East Hostel where I was warmly welcomed by Angie and Michael. As a solo hiker in Jasper, Angie offered assistance and took the time to finetune my itinerary to make the most of my stay here in Jasper. I also saw her helping many other guests like that. She is just very present and involved, putting her heart into it. I was initially planning to go to the visitor centre for information, but there was no need anymore because of Angie’s input. I think this is really the added value of this hostel. The personal approach every single day. I enjoyed every minute of it. I honestly felt so at home that I could have stayed longer than four nights. After a whole day out, it feels very nice to have place to go to at the end of the day that feels a bit like home. And that is exactly what Angie did, make me feel at home. Communication was very open: “if you need anything, please just ask. If there is anything we can improve, please share it with us”. To put this in action: we actually even did some redecorating together! I have to say that the place is much more open and cosy than how I imagined it from the pictures. The people I met at the hostel were not the typical youngsters. A bit of a calmer audience and this was just what I was looking for in this type of setting. Very social atmosphere and met a lot of lovely people and had interesting conversations. There is free coffee and tea for the taking, which is always a plus for me as well. I also liked the single room with bathroom. The outside area is very cosy as well. A visit to the brewery next door is a must! Good service and food (big portions - suggest to take any leftovers to the hostel where you can reheat them for the next day).

Canmore Alpine Hostel - Alpine Club of Canada encontra-se em Canmore, a 29 km de The Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies, e apresenta acomodações com bicicletas gratuitas, estacionamento privado... O Hostel é fantástico pela sua estrutura e design únicos, proporcionando uma conexão incrível com a natureza. Espaço tranquilo e acolhedor. Ótima recepção.
