My stay at this hostel in Canmore was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, the receptionists were super friendly and helpful – they made me feel right at home. They also gave me great tips on nearby hikes and local spots to eat (definitely ask them if you're not sure where to start!). The bed was really comfortable – perfect after a full day of outdoor adventures. But the best part? The views. I had a room with a window facing the mountains and waking up to that scenery each morning was just breathtaking. If you can, try to get a room with mountain views – it adds something really special to the experience. The hostel was clean, cozy, and had a relaxed vibe that made it easy to meet other travelers. Plus, it’s in a great location – close to the town center and with easy access to amazing trails. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Canmore. It’s a great base whether you're into hiking, skiing, or just relaxing and soaking in the views. Highly recommend!

Set amid the Canadian Rockies in Banff National Park, this hostel boasts an on-site cafe and 2 self-catering guest kitchens. It includes private storage for guests and acts as a ski pass vendor. Harry, the front desk staff was very accommodating. He upgraded my room from a mixed dorm to a private! I was really pleased with my stay. Keep up the good work!

Boasting Rocky Mountain views, HI-Banff Alpine Centre offers a café and a bar. Free WiFi and self catering kitchens are available for guests to use. Banff town centre is 4 minutes' drive away. The place is really amazing; the staff is friendly, and they even gift you a 3-day public transport pass so you don't have to pay for it. The rooms were great, comfy, and warm. I was able to work from a small office they have looking out to the woods, and it was really great. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Amazing cabins, the spaces are clean and well equipped, everything you need is there. The owner is a very nice person. There’s sauna, campfire, the creek ..even Wi-Fi for most of the day. You definitely won’t be cold during the night, the heating works great. Very much recommended!

Cute and remote location, very cosy and good atmosphere, feels like home, chimney is nice and warm, you can tell people staying there feel like a family/ friend group. Very clean, all the equipment you need, comfy bed.

Located on Banff National Park, this hostel is just 5 minutes’ walk from Banff’s shops and bars. Byl jsem ohromen, jak byl hostel čistý a upravený, pokoje prostorné a personál milý, pohodlné postele a dobrá snídaně, nejlepší hostel, ve kterém jsem kdy byl, lokalita naprosto vynikající.
