Location is ok and rooms are also good and clean with kitchen facilities. Staff is cooperative and helpful. Good place with reasonable prices.

Our hostel is situated in three traditional Swiss wooden chalets that surround a courtyard, terras and garden. it was my first time traveling alone and also my first time staying in a hostel. it was AMAZING, i met so many lovely people, the vibes were amazing, the staff was also super nice and would help you with anything you need. location is also great, close to the train station and the bus station is just across the street. i absolutely loved my stay at balmers hostel, it was really cozy too and you can visit so many places around interlaken staying here. absolutely recommend it

Breakfast was great, next time we‘re going to have dinner. sharing a bathroom was no issue, I didn’t even see anyone else though the hostel was full. our room had a sink, made getting ready for the day easy
