Hostel stoji 80 m od avtobusnega postajališča Jugendherberge ter nudi 24-urno recepcijo, brezplačen dostop do brezžičnega interneta in prostoren dnevni prostor z biljardom in TV za ravnim zaslonom. Hostel je zelo lepo urejen in čist, postelje so zelo udobne. Vključen je zelo raznolik zajtrk. V hostlu je tudi lep prostor za druženje, kjer so tudi igre za krajšanje časa. Žal sva ostali samo eno noč, a ob prihodnjem obisku Züricha se vsekakor vrneva. Tudi osebje je bilo prijazno in pripravljeno pomagati. Hostel je enostavno dostopen tudi z javnim prometom.

The Oldtown Hostel Otter and its old-established Wüste Bar is a stylish place for the young-at-heart in Zürich's Old Town, about 300 metres from the Zürich-Stadelhofen train station and the lake. Tomas and Wassalissa were great hosts, super friendly and helpful. If you book at least 2 or 3 nights (I don't remember well) you can choose a free t-shirt with the name of the hostel and a cool otter design. The location was excellent, everything was at a walking distance. Showers were warm, plenty of space, shower and bathroom were separate. There's a sink inside the room. Each bed has curtains and electric outlets. They lend you a towel so you don't have to check out with your towel wet. Breakfast is free, they have bread, butter, marmellate, capuccino, regular coffee, milk, a fridge for storing food, there is nowhere to cook a full meal but you can buy premade meals at the supermarket and put things in the oven or microwave. The common area was the kitchen where u get to meet a lot of people (of course that will depend...). There is an elevator available and a bar at the hostel. Prices are what you would expect of Switzerland, it is pricey.

It was very comfortable and affordable. We didn’t use the kitchen but it would be so nice if you’re looking to save money and/or staying for an extended period of time. It was a short walk to the lake/beach which was lovely. The host is very welcoming and accommodating. She drove us to the train station in her own car for no charge.

Depot 195 occupies a renovated brick building in a historic factory site in the centre of Winterthur, 500 metres from the train station. It offers a snack bar and free WiFi access. I was with my daughter who is disabled. She was given a key to a handicap bathroom that made all the difference. She was able to be independent and get showers, toilet, etc.

People in this place are very kind and like a family. I felt very comfortable and choose it again in my next trip
