Perfect if you're planning to trek Torres del Paine, staff were very helpful with directions and renting us good camp gear. The owner is amazing and was always happy to help me with anything I needed. The room and the facilities in the building are spotless and there was even housekeeping provided every day. The breakfast was basic but was more than enough to get me started, and the owner prepares breakfast for each room based on when in the morning they would like to have it at (even if it is early in the morning), which I thought was such a nice thing to do.

This place has a character, nicely decorated entrance hall, wood cabinets in the kithchen, new kitchen equipment. Right accross from the small green park. Very clean, with a green lawn view from the window. Cheaper than the other places we stayed in Puerto Natales.

Clean, well-located (+-10 minute walk to the bus stop or to the main shops and restaurants), and lovely staff. They looked after our bags during the O-Circuit and when we returned, our bags had already been brought up to our new room, which was so helpful!

With an excellent location right in the city centre, Wild Hostel offers accommodations in Puerto Natales. Free Wi-Fi access is available and guests are served a daily complimentary American breakfast.... During our two weeks in Patagonia, Wild was probably our favorite place to stay. We had a private cabin with a great bathroom and a comfortable bed all of which was great. But we really liked hanging out at the hostel where they have a small bar and serve breakfast as well as two patios one in front and one in back. The food and drinks were incredible and the street dogs we got to meet out front were hilarious. Wild is also right near all the restaurants and bars and not too far from the water. I'd also like to say how nice and helpful the staff were.

The hotel was lovely with big and warm rooms. Everything was spotless and the breakfast was hearty with good coffee. It is a short walk to the centre and good food options nearby.
