The owner is amazing and was always happy to help me with anything I needed. The room and the facilities in the building are spotless and there was even housekeeping provided every day. The breakfast was basic but was more than enough to get me started, and the owner prepares breakfast for each room based on when in the morning they would like to have it at (even if it is early in the morning), which I thought was such a nice thing to do.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming they give you information about the hikes and they also rent gear! The hostel is very clean and tidy and is in a good location. I would recommend it to everyone.

I’ve never felt so welcome and at home before at any hostal as I have at the treehouse. The host Gerardo went out of his way to make our stay perfect! He not only “saved” our W trek by lending us some of his hiking sticks last minute but he also gave us several rides around town (as the hostel was more quiet given that it’s low season). The room was cozy, warm and quiet. The storage and laundry machine came in handy for our trip to Torres del Paine. Breakfast was great, loved the self service and coffee was always ready early in the morning :) on our last night Gerardo showed us how to make the most delicious Chilenan completos (hotdogs). We were truly sad when we had to leave!

With an excellent location right in the city centre, Wild Hostel offers accommodations in Puerto Natales. Free Wi-Fi access is available and guests are served a daily complimentary American breakfast.... Stepping in to the hostel, you just feel like dropping your luggage and have a drink. Great vibe, personnel is super friendly and accommodating. Room was really nice. We had a shared bathroom but the three rooms that were sharing the bathroom had their own little section for toilet and shower as well as separate sinks. Well thought! We were able to leave behind our luggage while going on a multi-day trek, to then find our luggage in our room that was waiting for us when we came back. Hassle free. Their burgers are amazing. Best burger I’ve had in years!

Sheuen Patagonia se nachází pouhých 8 minut chůze od centra města Puerto Natales. Wi-Fi je zde dostupné zdarma. Pokoje mají vlastní nebo sdílenou koupelnu a některé také výhled na hory. Located five blocks from the Main Street the location is good. The staff were super helpful and spoke excellent English. The accommodation was modern, comfortable, spacious and clean. Just be aware that they have rooms in a block at the back that go up 3 or 4 floors, so if you don’t want to be carrying your luggage up several flights of stairs ask for a ground floor room. There is a gated parking area if you have a car. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Patagonia, and started at 6am which was ideal because it meant we could leave early for Torres and be in the park for 8am. We would definitely stay here again.
