Amazing hospitality from the owners etc. They go the extra mile by free snacks, toiletries and a coffee voucher. They also published a book about activities in the area. Met other travelers here and had late night chats in the common area. The vibe is friendly, welcoming, amazing! Loved it, didn't want to leave.

Staff were absolutely exceptional, to a person they were nothing short of brilliant, to every request I had they was there to help. Not even staff to be honest all became my friends because they are all such nice people. Loved my stay, best hostel I've ever been to in my life, I could not recommend this place enough. Fantastic food too, incredible amenities. This place seems to only attract good people.

Το Smiley's Long Time No See Hostel βρίσκεται σε καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του προορισμού Τσονγκτσίνγκ και προσφέρει κλιματιζόμενα δωμάτια, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, δωρεάν WiFi και μπαρ. I liked that there were cats and beds were so comfy. Everyone was friendly when we were playing with the cats and met some other people. The property is directly outside exit 3 of the metro so super convenient (had to input “Crown Mansion” on AMap to find it). The metro line it was on also had most of the touristy hotspots in Chongqing along it making it super easy to get around. Loved the concept of the room - Tatami movie room

The location was excellent .. steps from subway and many tourist attractions. The best part of staying here was the staff . They were excellent . The day manager gave me $10Y because I did not have cash . Rose was so patient and helpful and would arrange for my taxi. Available always, she game me her cell # if I needed anything. They go out of their way in making your stay in Chongqing very pleasant . Highly recommend. Will stay again. I will miss them.
