The personnel was very helpful during my stay. They helped me with organizing transportation, gave recommendations about the activities in and around the town, arranged a laundry service for me. They also went the extra mile to send an item I had forgotten at the hotel in different location in Colombia. Overall, I had a great time in this place at a perfect location in Salento.

Super friendly, helpful and funny staff. The hostel is designed like a spacious hotel complex. It is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city in the countryside but is easily and cheaply accessible with regular jeeps. In the morning you can hear lots of birds, cozy and well furnished.

We could not of had a nicer stay in Salento here. Valentina and the family were beyond helpful and made our stay better. On arrival Valentina gave us a list of activities that can be done in the area, advice on bus times and any other general help we needed. Place was spotless, located at the square in Salento and great value for money.

Everything at Tukawa was spot on. The staff were not only very nice, but also very professional. The views are breathtaking and the activities they offer are much better than what you would get in the area, as they are more authentic and less touristy. The place is very clean and the food quite tasty. When I was there they had three options for breakfast, so definitely more varied than in other places in the area.

Our stay at Casa Mochila was amazing. Pat was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. We also got cake for my birthday. We would reccomend everyone to stay here. It is very easy to catch the bus to Salento in front of the hostel, just wave to the driver and they will stop for you. The breakfast in the morning is very tasty! If you want to chill here; there are very nice hammocks available. 10/10 points for this place and the service!
