Welcome to ESO Santa Teresa! 🌴 Located in the heart of Santa Teresa, ESO offers a unique mix of style, comfort, and community. This hostel looked like a luxury hotel! Everything was so nice: from the pool to the kitchen. Also the staff is very nice and all the people staying here too, which brings an amazing vibe! I would definitely recommend it to someone else too!

Community Kitchen with all the items you need to cook or make coffee in the morning. Highly recommend the place. It’s like being roommates - almost friends - not guests. We had a lot of good talks there! Feels soo cozy within this hostel family

Great location in the middle of nature. Nothing fancy, just connection to Costa Rica beautiful nature ! Comfy beds, everything you need, waking up with birds in the middle of the garden. Heyner’s family is so nice, his wife is cooking a great breakfast and dinner. They booked the mangrove trip which was amazing and we had horseback riding with Heyner. It was a great experience . We will definitely come back!!

Located in Manuel Antonio, on the way to the beach (1.5 km from the town of Quepos). Hostel Plinio offers an outdoor pool, shared kitchen, lounge areas, game room, restaurant and free WiFi. Staying in the hostel Plinio was like a paradise. The surroundings, the way the hostel is set up in the greenery on the hill, being able to spot parrots flying around (especially around 5pm) and enjoying an amazing view of the Pacific was incredible. Really, if you are looking for a peaceful and tranquil place, feeling like you are in symbiosis with nature, come to this hostel. I loved the room I was staying in (Room 1, but I am pretty sure all rooms have a similar set up). There is plenty of room for your things (lockers and around the beds) as well as a balcony and a rooftop providing a gorgeous view of the Pacific and sunsets. The bed was very comfy! As it is a bit further away from the centre of Quepos (15-20 mins walk), many animals live in the surroundings and as they are often noctural, it can be quite noisy during the night. However, it is nothing that earbuds could not solve. (I am a light sleeper). There is a good transport connection to Manuel Antonio (bus coming every 30-40 mins on the road so watch out:) it costs 300 or 400 colones, as far as I remember. Manuel Antonio park was beautiful. I didnt have a tour guide and managed to see so many animals! You also find a bus station in Quepos, which provides a bus transport to many places around Costa Rica. I highly recommend staying in this hostel!
