More like a hotel. Only a few rooms on each floor so shared facilities work well. Never had to wait for a toilet or shower. Lovely helpful staff. Excellent value.

Receptionists/ managers really went out of their way to take care of their guests. Breakfast was delicious. Tea is available all day. The place is spotless and so clean. I stayed for a week and it felt like home.
